These whole-dried apricots are truly one-of-a-kind! Unlike most dried apricots, they are dried with the pit inside, giving them a unique flavor that resembles a touch of almond. After it's gone, you can suck on the pit for added great flavor! Fruity and sweet in flavor, these sun-dried whole apricots still have the pit/stone/kernel in them. These dried fruits are ideal for snacking, cooking and baking. Small apricots are normally dried whole. Larger varieties are dried in halves, without the kernel or stone.
These apricots are the smaller stone fruits a little elongated in length but round in shape. Flesh is extremely juicy when eaten fresh. Creamy in appearance.
